Executive board- Executive Board : The Executive Board (from now on ExBo) is constituted by the President and the General Secretary of the Institution, who are chosen by the GeAs, by the President of the Institution and the Presiding Officer of the SPA, who are elected by the ExCo, and another 3 members ExCo on suggestion of the President, and who submits it after consultations with the representatives of the Member Societies The Executive Board (Ex Bo) represents the operational-administrative and executive body of the Ex Co, as well as temporal administrative body of the Institution in the period between two sessions of the Ex Co. By rule, the Ex Bo is in session 5 times a year and for any other case when there is need of its work, and takes care of the realizing of the activities as well as the Ex Co according to directions, instructions and decisions of the Ex Co, to: - Prepare the work of the Ex Co in all aspects and to establish appropriate suggestions for the sessions of the Ex Co. - Look over the annual financial plan and established the annual financial report. - To prepare the drafts for the long-term financial plans and long-term financial reports of the Institution by order and for the needs of the Ex Co.
