Executive council
The Executive Council represents the decisive and leading body of the Institution between two sessions of the An Co, which brings administrative, organizational and operational decisions and appropriate actions and formal technicalities. Ex Co has the executive Power as organizational body of the General Assembly, and performs its tasks in all subjects and issues which because of their nature and character influence the aims and purposes of the Institution. The Ex Co has the whole and individual responsibility in the General Assembly, as well as current responsibility on the An Co, for its work. Executive Council Tasks: - To realize the decisions and tasks given by the Ge As and An Co; - To choose the deputy President of the Institution from the members of the Ex Co; - To nominate the Administrative Secretary of the Institution. - Prepares the jobs for An Co and Ge As in all ways and accepts the appropriate suggestions for the sessions of the An Co and the Ge As. - Prepares and submits appeals to the supreme court and to the constitutional court of the Republic in case of resolution of public ban, passed by the competitive body nominated by the Government and in accordance with appropriate authorized Parliamentary Commission, for protection of the rights and excluding of the same. - Continues the continuity of the Institution and performs the basic functions in its name during the conditional lasting of the public ban from the previous paragraph. - Prepares annual financial plans and accepts annual financial balances of the Institution. - Prepares suggestions for long-term financial plans and long-term financial reports or confirming and accepting by the Ge As. - Establishes the leading directions or operative work of its Administrative Committee and follows and checks the work of the Ex Bo. - Forms the politics of publication and carries out the publishing work. - Nominates the organizational program committees for symposiums and similar activities of the Institution by its direct organization. - Looks over, modifies and accepts leading directions for the work of the Institution, its official bodies and ad-hoc committees, and accepts appropriate suggestions for the An Co and the Ge As.
