------------ General Asembly: The General Assembly (from now on GeAs) is the highest agency of the Institution which is constituted on the principle of representatives of the nominated members chosen by the Member Society and Union which works according to the operating procedure of the GeAs, defined in the By-laws. It may be convoked as Regular on four years, or as SPECIAL according to the adequate procedure, defined in the by-laws. The President of the Institution is at the same time and president of the General Assembly. General Assembly is consisted of 2(two) representators from each member with 4 year mandate. General Assembly Tasks : - To decide about the final accepting of the agenda for the session of the GeAs. - To decide whether the ballot for the concrete elections and/or bringing decisions will be realized in public or secretly. - To listen the reports of the ExCo, SuCo and SPA, to discuss and value those reports, and to bring appropriate decisions. . - To discuss, modify, adopt and approve mandate lines, directions and instructions for work of the official bodies of the Institution and the mandate program for the activities of the Institution. - To discuss all the issues for work, the expert-professional operations and other activities of the Institution and its official bodies and ad-hoc Committees. - To discuss long-term Financial balance and to decide About long-term plan between 2 sessions of the Ge As. - To control and confirm the decisions for participations for realizing of financial plans, adopted by the An Co between 2 sessions of the Ge As. - To discuss and accept every new amendment of the Constitutional Statute, and confirm or annul the modifications of the amendments, accepted by the An Co between 2 sessions of the GeAs. - To bring final decisions after possible complaints for the work of the Ex Co, SPA, An Co and Ex Bo and objections to the decisions of the DiAr. - To choose and release the President and the General Secretary of the Institution and the Presiding Officer of the SPA. - To decide about promoting of status Eminent Member and about election of the statuses Merited Member and Honorary Member, as well as about Nominated Candidate for public credit from other institution or agency, - To control and confirm the decisions about joining to the Institution in the membership of international Associations of similar character and rank. - To decide about revoking and dismissing of the Institution
