Members of the Institution:- The Institution is consisted and constituted of its Members the Engineering - scientific Societies and Expert Unions members according to the Art. 1 from the Statute and Art. 2 from the by-laws, that voluntary accepted its Declaration and respect its Constitutional Statute, as well as of the Membership according to the predetermined procedure in it. Institution and constitutive Member Societies and Unions have status of a juristic person, its own seal and own giro account. Member Societies and Unions of the Institution participate in the whole financing of the work of the Institution according to the principle of solidarity and a normative established by agreement, prepared by the authorized council of the Institution and Societies/Unions and passed by the General Assembly, but according to the Constitutional Statute, which is part of the by-laws of the Institution. All individual members of at least one of the constitutional members of the Institution are at the same time also members of the Institution with equal obligations and rights, through home Societies and/or Unions where they pay individual membership fee. Institution members rights: - to participate actively in realizing of different activities that is taken over in the name of the Institution; -to suggest and vote reception of new members of the Institution; - to nominate own cadre for the agencies and committees of the Institution which are constituted according to the principle of agency; - to nominate own cadre for official delegations of the Institution; - openly to express ideas, opinions and attitudes of their membership and to give suggestions for actions towards improving of work, of public performing and operations and of other activities of the Institution according to this Statute, as well as of Fulfilling and protecting of the class interests and rights of the engineering inelegancy. - openly to express ideas, opinions and attitudes of their members and to give suggestions towards improving of expert engineering and scientific activities, and forms of educational-training, dealing in the frames and under protection of the Institution. - to have insight in alls the activities and documents, of the Institution. Obligations of the members of Institution: - to respect principles, regulations, decisions and all the documents in effect of the Institution established and passed by this Statute; - to take part actively in realizing of different tasks taken over in the name of the Institution for fulfilling of its aims and purposes; - to take part actively in expert and other processional activities taken over in the name of the Institution; - to take part actively in public activities of the Institution in interest of the class-professional status and rights of the engineers; - to nominate their candidates and, through adequate procedure defined by the Constitutional Statute, to vote for election of all agencies and expert committees of the Institution; - to nominate their candidates and, through adequate procedure defined by the Constitutional Statute, to vote for election of all the ad-hoc committees and delegations of the Institution; - to take part in the fulfilling of the financial program of the Institution, according to the established regulation by the authorized agencies in accordance with the principles defined in this Constitutional Statute. EndUp of membership : The Membership in the Institution of the Societies and Unions can end up in one of the following cases; - on base of submitted written request-document for resigning from the Institution accepted by the highest organ of the Member Society/Union; - on base of decision for expelling passed by the General Assembly;
